Ah the French Riviera! A flagship destination for summer holidays, which is full of very diverse and beautiful landscapes! So, let’s embark on an Azurean boat trip with some exclusives just for you. After all, Navily is a French Riviera start-up! 😎
Cap d’Ail
To begin with, here is a little piece of paradise right next to Monaco! The beaches are a real delight and the marina has a capacity for boats up to 60 metres. It is generally a one-day stopover unless your holiday schedule is chill & idleness! ⛱
Nice
Ah Nice! A symbolic city for Navily! The capital of the French Riviera is a destination halfway between France and Italy. Take the time to stroll along the Promenade des Anglais, walk through Old Town and go to the Saleya market (sunny in Nice 😉). The local culture is indeed very strong! Don’t leave without tasting the famous Socca: a culinary speciality made with chickpea flour. For your sailing adventures (that’s what we’re here for😅), the marina Nice – Lympia is worth a visit, its colourful and authentic buildings forge its identity! It will allow you to stop directly in the city centre of Nice and to easily access the colline du château: a short walk with a great viewpoint upon arrival!
Antibes, Juan-les-Pins
23 kilometres of coastline with once again very varied landscapes (fine sandy beaches, steep rocks, cobble beaches, hidden coves, etc.). We advise you to go to Cap d’Antibes which is one of those places where time stands still. For a short stay there, Port Vauban will be perfect! It is one of the largests European marinas! It is very lively all year round with yoga classes, cafés… There is something for everyone! The port is also located close to old town, the famous ramparts and the square fort of Antibes.
Juan-les-Pins is a small seaside resort with long beaches, a picturesque old marina and a lively nightlife! Concerts, bars, nightclubs and a casino! Without a doubt it’s a “must-visit” whilst sailing on the French Riviera!
Cannes
The French film capital is not limited to the Croisette. However, after arriving at the port of Cannes, located near the Palais des Festivals, it’s hard to resist going for a walk on the Croisette. After that, take a stroll in the Forville market and the small alleys around the rue d’Antibes, the largest shopping street in the city. A perfect destination for swimming, sunbathing and shopping!
Les îles de Lérins
Small wonders off the coast of Cannes: the Island of Sainte-Marguerite and the island of Saint-Honorat. Both are well worth a half-day of exploration. A short bike ride will allow you to discover them in a different way.
Le Trayas – Anthéor
These two small towns located on the Corniche d’Or are true havens of peace. Much less frequented than the tourist beaches, you will have access here to smaller, quieter coves with transparent water for a little refreshment! These coves offer splendid landscapes to admire from your boat like the Cap Roux anchorage for example.
Saint-Tropez
Its fame makes this town a must-see place on the coast! Its marina is perfectly located too. You will also have the opportunity to explore the small streets where life is good! Saint-Tropez cannot be spoken about without mentioning its nightlife that attracts celebrities from all over the world, a historical success that we invite you to discover by yourself! 🕺🏻
