Sono cresciuto a Salta, in Argentina, dove le vette si ergono come giganti e la natura ti ricorda costantemente che non sei il centro di nulla. L\u00ec, senza accorgermene, ho imparato a rispettare forze con cui non si pu\u00f2 negoziare, forze con cui avrei poi imparato a vivere in armonia. In entrambi i casi, la tecnica \u00e8 un linguaggio che permette il dialogo con la natura, ma mai il controllo. Agire troppo in fretta \u00e8 spesso un errore.All\u2019inizio tutto \u00e8 conscio, quasi rigido. Con la pratica, i gesti diventano naturali, e la tecnica svanisce sullo sfondo.
