escaneadas (o raster), copias digitales exactas de las cartas n\u00e1uticas oficiales de papel. Replican su apariencia, colores y s\u00edmbolos. La informaci\u00f3n es fiable pero est\u00e1tica: es imposible a\u00f1adir nuevos datos o configurar alarmas autom\u00e1ticas si, por ejemplo, la ruta se dirige hacia un bajo fondo. Este formato, que requiere mucha memoria, ha sido superado hoy en d\u00eda por las cartas vectoriales.<\/p>\n<p>La carta vectorial es, en cierto modo, la visualizaci\u00f3n gr\u00e1fica de una base de datos. Combinada con un software de navegaci\u00f3n, la informaci\u00f3n que muestra puede personalizarse, filtrarse y ampliarse con detalles sobre elementos espec\u00edficos (faros, boyas, etc.). Consume menos memoria que la carta raster, es evolutiva y se adapta a varios tama\u00f1os de pantalla con un grafismo fluido y legible, independientemente de la escala elegida. Actualmente, solo las cartas vectoriales que cumplen la norma S-57 se ajustan al est\u00e1ndar oficial de carta n\u00e1utica electr\u00f3nica. Con una constelaci\u00f3n casi completa, est\u00e1 plenamente operativo y es compatible con la mayor\u00eda de los smartphones y plotters del mercado. Tambi\u00e9n se utiliza en las radiobalizas de emergencia EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, al igual que los dem\u00e1s componentes del sistema GNSS, la se\u00f1al de Galileo tambi\u00e9n puede verse degradada por acciones de jamming (interferencia) o spoofing (suplantaci\u00f3n de se\u00f1al), como demuestran las recientes perturbaciones registradas en el Mar B\u00e1ltico, el Mediterr\u00e1neo oriental y en las fronteras de Ucrania desde 2022. Aunque estos fen\u00f3menos de guerra h\u00edbrida est\u00e1n localizados, es fundamental &#8220;saber navegar en modo degradado&#8221; (como dice Mathieu Andr\u00e9) y prever una soluci\u00f3n alternativa. Fundada en 1947 en el archipi\u00e9lago de Gl\u00e9nan, en Breta\u00f1a, la escuela de vela es hoy la primera de Europa y un referente absoluto en la ense\u00f1anza de la navegaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Desde su creaci\u00f3n, la asociaci\u00f3n ha crecido de forma constante manteni\u00e9ndose fiel a sus valores fundacionales: el voluntariado, la vida en comunidad, la solidaridad y la autonom\u00eda. Cada a\u00f1o organiza cerca de 4.000 cursos, reuniendo a m\u00e1s de 19.000 alumnos e instructores.<\/p>\n<p>Como pieza clave de la n\u00e1utica de recreo, Les Gl\u00e9nans ha extendido su presencia mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de Breta\u00f1a. De Paimpol a Bonifacio, pasando por las Antillas, la asociaci\u00f3n lleva casi 80 a\u00f1os transmitiendo su saber hacer a generaciones de navegantes.
